• Conceptual and detailed design of mechanisms along with initial prototyping, preparing the drawings of the components and assembling the prototype
• Producing sample parts and correcting drawings based on the tolerances required for standard and semi-standard parts (pin, spring, steel balls, sealing components, and rubber seals…) in Iran and Germany. Assembling and test of the samples in Test stands of the both countries in collaboration with a German engineering company
• 2009 – Completing the technical files, including revision of the drawings of The component and assembling products in Germany in collaboration with experts of the engineering company Treuhandverwertung Klinkhammer GmbH and using their experience, “re-calculating” and analyzing the stress on products by the finite element method in the temperature ranging from – 40 to + 85°C and the pressure required by international standards, and adapting to the requirements of the German engineering-inspection company SGS-TUV to inspect and supervise the tests in Germany.
• 2009 – Installing and field testing of industrial samples that received the CE Certificate in pilot stations.

• Delivery of first of mass production consist of breakaway coupling and hose set with precision parts manufactured in Germany and the quality control, assembly, testing, and making serial numbers by Iranian engineers and Technicians in Iran .
• The visit by the delegation to the SUDO-CO workshop and the approval of the engineering qualifications of the SUDO-CO executive team and knowledge-intensive product by awarding the certificate of establishment in Pardis Technology Park.

Obtaining the certificate of legal registration and establishment of Soudeh Kooh-e Pardis company.

• September 2012- Participating in exhibitions and marketing products along with the continuation of outsourcing of the production of precision and ultra-precision parts to a German companies and unveiling the products in the presence of the then Vice President for Science and Technology at the annual meeting of Pardis Technology Park (announced at 7 pm news of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting along with the broadcast of the visit of the Vice President and the explanations presented).

• Continuing limited production, equipping assembly and testing workshops, attracting customers’ satisfaction by the supervision and the presentation of the products with free installation services, and increasing the number of stations using SUDO-CO products in all provinces of the country that have CNG fueling stations.

• Submitting a feasibility study report to the Innovation and Prosperity Fund to request facilities needed for the production of SUDO-CO precision and ultra-precision parts, aiming to commercialize SUDO-CO products and be established in the lands of Pardis Technology Park to develop the mass production line that was included machining precision components, assembling, and testing of SUDO-CO products.

• Successful performance of CNG fueling nozzles in all tests conducted in accordance with the Iranian national standards and the relevant international ISO standard in an authorized laboratory of the Iranian National Standard Organization under the supervision of Iran Tuv Nord.

• Setting up a complete high-tech production line SUDO-CO product, including machining, assembly, and test equipment, using the modern machines.

• Designing, manufacturing of tailor made, high pressure test stands and supplying specialized equipment for testing SUDO-CO products in accordance with national and international standards.

• Obtaining the certificate of compliance (COC) with national and international standards for all specialized products of the company.

• 2019 – 2020 – final acceptance of the SUDO-CO CNG products to NIOC approved vendor list (AVL).
• 2019 – 2020 – Receiving the exclusive representation of the Italian Transfer oil company for the CNG hose assembly in accordance with the Iranian national standards and the specialized international standards to the CNG refueling hose set in Iran.
• 2020 – Developing and improving the production line and test facilities.
